The acquisition is a notable milestone in the ServiceMaster growth strategy and expands the company's home warranty footprint in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Utah.
Based in Salt Lake City, Landmark has provided affordable and comprehensive home warranties to customers since 2004. The company was named to the Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies in 2013, 2014 and 2015; and holds high marks from HomeWarrantyReviews.com, Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

It is the second acquisition this year by American Home Shield and continues the ServiceMaster growth strategy.
