TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 01, 2016) - HudBay Minerals Inc. ("Hudbay" or the "company") (TSX: HBM) (NYSE: HBM) today announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of US$1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, which will be issued in two series: (i) a series of 7.250% senior notes due 2023 in an aggregate principal amount of US$400 million (the "2023 Notes") and (ii) a series of 7.625% senior notes due 2025 in an aggregate principal amount of US$600 million (together with the 2023 Notes, the "New Notes"). However, applying the culture to outdated technology is a recipe for disaster; as response times grow and connections between teams are delayed by technology, the culture will die.
