Gila River Indian Community selected ClientTrack Case Management in order to improve the ability to track members of the community, streamline intake processes and provide data visibility between departments.
For more than 20 years, the ClientTrack Case Management platform has played a critical role helping social service organizations and continuums coordinate care for individuals, while collecting all required data and streamlining reporting capabilities.
