RF IDeas stellt auf HIMSS17 neues pcProx® Plus BLE mit Bluetooth®-Technologie sowie entprechende Lösungen vor

RF IDeas Inc., der Innovationsführer und Hersteller von Lesegeräten für Mitarbeiterausweise in Anwendungsbereichen wie Computerzugriff, Identifizierung, Nutzerauthentifizierung bei Druckvorgängen (Pull Printing) und Arbeitszeiterfassung, präsentiert pcProx® Plus BLE mit Bluetooth®-Low-Energy-Technologie für mobile Anwendungen.

Bei pcProx® Plus BLE von RF IDeas handelt es sich um ein programmierbares Kartenlesegerät mit Doppelfrequenz und Bluetooth-Low-Energy-Technologie. Das Lesegerät bietet sämtliche Vorteile eines Näherungslesers (125 kHz), kontaktloser Chipkarten (13,56 MHz) sowie Bluetooth-fähiger Geräte in derselben Lösung. Je nach Anwendungssoftware auf Seiten des Endanwenders kann auf pcProx Plus BLE die Beacon-Technik mit Bluetooth Low Energy für diverse Anwendungsfälle wie Standorterkennung und Artikelverfolgung konfiguriert werden. Außerdem können mit Bluetooth-Low-Energy-Technik ausgerüstete Mobilgeräte zur sicheren Authentifizierung und Identifizierung genutzt werden, was für Anwendungen im Gesundheitswesen ideal ist.

RF IDeas wird zudem die folgenden neuen Produkte vorstellen:

  • pcProx 13.56 MHz Nano: Dieses ultrakompakte Lesegerät ist jetzt für mobile oder eingebettete Anwendungen verfügbar und eignet sich ideal für mobile Workstations oder portable Anwendungen am Krankenbett.
  • pcProx Plus SP: Dieser Ausweisleser eignet sich für sichere Druckanwendungen, integrierte Installationen und verschiedene externe Einbaukonfigurationen und ist hervorragend in Bezug auf garantierte Konformität mit den strengen HIPAA-Vorschriften im Gesundheitswesen. (Der Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 wurde US-Kongress beschlossen und signed vom US-Präsidenten Bill Clinton 1996 beschlossen.)
  • pcProx Plus: Dieses pcProx-Plus-Lesegerät mit Doppelfrequenz ist jetzt mit vier Ausweiskonfigurationen erhältlich, was bei einer Zusammenlegung von Krankenhaussystemen besonders wichtig wird.
