OutboundEngine Completes Acquisition of Toronto-based ReadyChat

OutboundEngine, the marketing platform that makes online marketing easy for businesses, today announced the acquisition and product integration of ReadyChat, a web-based live chat service for real estate and mortgage companies. Formally acquired by OutboundEngine in December 2015, ReadyChat remained in stealth mode while OutboundEngine integrated the service. OutboundEngine is now announcing this new service in addition to a company rebranding that reflects the new, broader scope of the platform.

Dedicated to automating the most time consuming relationship-building activities, OutboundEngine frees up businesses of all sizes to focus on what they do best. With a concentration on the real estate, mortgage, and insurance sectors among others, OutboundEngine found a natural match in ReadyChat, the latest addition to OutboundEngine’s suite of “do it for you” solutions.

“ReadyChat is a great acquisition for OutboundEngine because it shares our mission of making online marketing easy and effective for businesses of all sizes,” said Branndon Stewart, Founder and CEO of OutboundEngine. “A website is a company’s first chance to make a great impression on prospective customers. With ReadyChat, real estate and mortgage companies can rest assured that their website visitors are greeted with a friendly chat agent to make the best first impression, gather and follow up with leads and nurture a successful business network. As we continue to grow our product offerings, we are excited to include ReadyChat in the fold as we elevate our branding to reflect the next generation of OutboundEngine.”

Live Chat Made Easy

Now available to OutboundEngine users for the first time, ReadyChat takes a white glove approach to working with customers. The ReadyChat team handles everything from customizing a branded chat widget that matches the look and feel of a customer’s website to moderating the chat 24/7, ensuring that website visitors are always met with a friendly and informative chat attendant to answer questions. ReadyChat integrates with leading technology platforms such as Boston Logic, Tribus and BoomTown to accommodate a variety of agent and broker workflows.

“Many businesses don’t have the time or interest to manage chat capabilities on their websites, including real estate and mortgage brokers,” said Deepak Surana, VP of Product at OutboundEngine. “The acquisition of ReadyChat’s technology will improve users’ ability to establish relationships with prospects, serve existing clients and ultimately close more deals. At OutboundEngine, we intend to extend similar benefits to every business that wants to have a professional-grade online presence without a large commitment of time or money.”

ReadyChat is the latest product enhancement from OutboundEngine, whose core service combines powerful automated marketing technology with beautiful design and relevant content to continuously engage businesses’ networks, strengthen relationships and surface opportunities for growth. With the continued evolution of the company’s product suite, OutboundEngine has launched new branding to better communicate its expanded scope. A new visual identity and updated messaging reflect a broader approach to helping businesses of all sizes get more from their online marketing with less work.
