I've been a DJ for over 30 years and found a lot of success in my area. Starting out in the 80s, I saw my career soar over the first decade and found myself out working New York City clubs nearly every night. That was all fine and good when I was in my twenties and early thirties, but time takes its toll. I eventually met the woman of my dreams, married her, moved out to the suburbs, and started a family. Now, in my early 50s with three relatively young kids, I'm tired. I don't want to be at a dance club or bar until 2 or 3 or 4 in the morning. That's why I began expanding my business a decade earlier.
Now, I employ roughly 25 people. While I have to do a lot more planning, I don't have to be on site. I can manage them from my iPhone and the company smartphones that I provided to them. As anyone who manages people (especially young ones) knows, they need to be watched. I can't have them doing anything foolish that might damage my company's reputation. That's why I installed Highster Mobile on those company smartphones.
Highster Mobile lets me monitor what my employees are doing on their cell phones when they're supposed to be working. The app shows me where they are on GPS so I can be certain they're at the right destination. It allows me to make certain that they aren't posting anything on social media or doing anything that may harm my good name.
In the two years that I've been monitoring my staff with Highster Mobile, I only had one issue with an employee. It turned out he was starting his own side-DJ business and was using my equipment. I found it by looking at his calls logs and texts. Needless to say, I let him go. The rest of my team have been doing a great job. How do I know? Because I monitor them with Highster Mobile.

DevOps is often described as a combination of technology and culture. Without both, DevOps isn't complete. However, applying the culture to outdated technology is a recipe for disaster; as response times grow and connections between teams are delayed by technology, the culture will die. A Nutanix Enterprise Cloud has many benefits that provide the needed base for a true DevOps paradigm.
