Washington-Based Inland Imaging Renews with Zotec Partners for Revenue Cycle Management

Zotec Partners (Zotec), the industry leader in radiology revenue cycle and practice management services, announces a renewed revenue cycle management (RCM) agreement with Inland Imaging Business Associates, LLC (Inland Imaging). In the continued arrangement, ongoing since 2014, Zotec will manage the group’s revenue with a unique combination of proprietary technology, automated RCM processes, and patient experience capabilities using a team of professionals who work closely with Inland Imaging’s radiologists to maximize their success.

Inland Imaging is a leader in diagnostic medical imaging and has provided radiology services since 1930. Today, Inland Imaging has 75 subspecialty Radiologists specializing in breast imaging, oncology imaging, body imaging, cardiovascular imaging, interventional radiology, musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology and nuclear medicine throughout the Northwest.

Steve Duvoisin, CEO of Inland Imaging, notes Zotec has implemented patient-consumer collections tactics to help the group achieve revenue results. “Healthcare reform has spurred our industry to focus on cost control and the delivery of high quality, value-based care. With Zotec, we have a team of professionals that cares about our business. They utilize best-in-class RCM technology and keep us updated on complex regulatory issues, with patient experience methods that allow us to collect payment directly from healthcare consumers who have high deductible health plans,” he says.

“The Zotec service team is at the heart of the successful relationship with Inland Imaging,” according to Zotec’s Founder and CEO, T. Scott Law, who says it is a daily priority to keep Inland Imaging up to speed on healthcare policies and regulations that impact its business. He remarks, “As the health care community tries to transform itself from a volume-based to a value-based system, radiology groups are required to employ cost containment strategies for their hospital partners while also growing their revenue.” Mr. Law goes on to say that, with Zotec’s technology and team-based approach, the group can keep a pulse on every aspect of its business. “I am proud we can continue to leverage our client service collaboration, innovative technology and detailed processes to increase collections and help Inland Imaging continue to achieve financial growth,” he adds.

Zotec is the largest radiology revenue cycle and practice management provider in the country, with more than 20 years in the radiology industry. Zotec integrates the best people, processes and technology for fast, accurate and compliant radiology reimbursement solutions. Zotec’s proprietary processes and technology manage in excess of 80 million medical encounters across all 50 states.
