SPOILER ALERT: Season 2, Episode 3 of "Spoiled to Perfection"™ Web Video Series Reveals How to Turn Flawed Wine into Delectable Gourmet Vinegar

All 4 Segments are Available on the Series' Website, Along with Bloopers and Outtakes, Cast and Crew Information, Photos, Recipes and More.

SANTA ROSA, Calif., July 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Spoiled to Perfection, the one-of-a-kind web video series that unlocks the magic behind the art of culinary alchemy set in Sonoma County, CA, announced today that episode three of the second season is now available for on-demand viewing.

As per the series' new format that was introduced at the beginning of season two, Spoiled to Perfection features four segments: Fermentation Road, Spoiler Alert, Spoiled Kitchen, and Fermented Science.

In Fermentation Road, host and winemaker Garrett Martin heads to Windsor, CA, where Tim Gleadall, the founder of Liber Vinegar, explains how vinegar is made, how drinking vinegar affects the body and how anyone can turn flawed wine into delectable, healthy and all-natural gourmet vinegar.

In Spoiler Alert, co-costs and Sonoma County natives Emily Somple and Brian Cary take an entertaining and insightful look at the growing popularity of beer gardens in California and around the country. Towards the end of the segment, Somple recommends some notable Sonoma County-area beer gardens that should be on the bucket list — and according to some of the segment's amusing sound effects, the belching list — of every craft beer lover.

In Spoiled Kitchen, acclaimed Sonoma Country food stylist, chef and home fermenter Joanna Badano invites viewers into her home where she works her magic on miso, and shares how to easily make a mouth-watering bowl of ramen noodles.

In Fermented Science, narrator Jennifer Harris goes retro and takes viewers on a trip through the history of fermentation, which dates back to the dawn of humanity. The segment is illustrated by Valerie Valdivia and animated by Chris Vanderschaaf.

All four segments are available on the series' website, which also features episode three's blooper and outtakes reel, along with additional cast and crew information, photos and recipes.

Production leadership and camera operation for Fermentation Road, Spoiler Alert and Spoiled Kitchen were provided by Alan Campbell. Steve Rustad served as executive producer and director for all segments.

Spoiled to Perfection is sponsored by Bubbies, makers of the most popular naturally-fermented Kosher Dill Pickles and Sauerkraut: http://bubbies.com.
