AWS re:Invent 2017 is approaching quickly, and we couldn’t be more excited! With less than a month left until we head to Las Vegas and the AWS community takes over The Strip, we wanted to take a minute and highlight some of the fun events taking place throughout the week and where you can find us.

PagerDuty is excited to be part of the Amazon Web Services community that comes together to connect with peers and experts, engage in hands-on labs and bootcamps, and learn how to improve developer productivity, network security, and application performance.

As such, we’ve planned a few events and opportunities for you to come by and visit us. Check out where we’ll be and swing by!

All week long

Don’t just migrate to the cloud, reimagine ops with PagerDuty

The PagerDuty team will be at Booth #2628 during expo hours at the Venetian. Stop by the booth and learn how the PagerDuty platform leverages best-in-class integration with technologies like AWS CloudWatch, AppDynamics, BMC, CA Technologies, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, and more to collect rich machine data from hybrid environments. We’ll show you how you can minimize the risk of migrating mission-critical applications to the cloud by enabling teams to adopt the agility of a DevOps culture and empowering them to understand the health of their services, responders, and teams.

You can check out a demo of our latest innovations in machine learning and advanced response automation and learn how PagerDuty can help you and your team eliminate inefficiencies when it matters most and get back to innovation. You’ll learn how our end-to-end Digital Operations Management platform empowers teams to combine machine data from their cloud and on-premises environments with incident response best practices across IT and DevOps — helping accelerate their journey to cloud. Don’t just migrate to the cloud, reimagine operations.

Schedule a meeting

If you’re attending the event this year, schedule a meeting with us and learn what PagerDuty can do for your organization. Please provide your contact information and our team will reach out to coordinate time and meeting location.

To Really Work for Enterprises, MultiCloud Adoption Requires Far Better and Inclusive Cloud Monitoring and Cost Management … But How? Overwhelmingly, even as enterprises have adopted cloud computing and are expanding to multi-cloud computing, IT leaders remain concerned about how to monitor, manage and control costs across hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. It’s clear that traditional IT monitoring and management approaches, designed after all for on-premises data centers, are falling short in ...
Without lifecycle traceability and visibility across the tool chain, stakeholders from Planning-to-Ops have limited insight and answers to who, what, when, why and how across the DevOps lifecycle. It is ironic, but perhaps not unexpected, that many organizations who want the benefits of using an Agile approach to deliver software use a waterfall approach to adopting Agile practices: they form plans, they set milestones, and they measure progress by how many teams they have engaged. Old habits die hard, but like most waterfall software projects, most waterfall-style Agile adoption efforts fail to produce the results desired. The problem is that to get the results they want, they have to ch...
Organizations planning enterprise data center consolidation and modernization projects are faced with a challenging, costly reality. For far too long technology teams have lived in siloes. Not only physical siloes, but cultural siloes pushed by competing objectives. This includes informational siloes where business users require one set of data and tech teams require different data. DevOps intends to bridge these gaps to make tech driven operations more aligned and efficient.
