Zoho Social for Agencies: Zoho stellt leistungsstarkes Tool für das Social-Media-Marketing vor

Zoho hat Zoho Social for Agencies angekündigt, eine Lösung für das Social-Media-Marketing. Sie wurde speziell auf die Anforderungen von Digital-Agenturen abgestimmt. Die Lösung ermöglicht es, die Social-Media-Konten von Kunden zentral zu verwalten und mit diesen gemeinsam Strategien zu planen und umzusetzen. Kundenspezifische Reports und zusammenfassende Statistiken geben zudem einen Überblick über die Resultate von Social-Media-Kampagnen.

"Im vergangenen haben sich viele Digital-Agenturen für Zoho Social entschieden", sagt Praval Singh, der für Zoho Social zuständige Produktmanager bei Zoho. "Die Lösung ermöglicht es ihnen, mit einer einzigen Plattform für alle ihre Kunden Strategien im Bereich Social Media umzusetzen." Auf Grundlage der Lösung hat Zoho eine spezielle Version entwickelt, die dediziert auf die Anforderungen von Digital-Agenturen ausgerichtet ist und mit der diese gleichzeitig ihr Branding stärken können. "Neu sind Collaboration-Funktionen. Sie erlauben es Mitarbeitern von Agenturen, einfacher und effizienter miteinander und mit Kunden Informationen auszutauschen, und das über dieselbe Plattform", so Singh weiter. "Dies schlägt sich in schnelleren und fundierteren Entscheidungen nieder, außerdem in einer engeren Kundenbindung."

Zoho Social for Agencies: Maßgeschneidert Lösung für Agenturen

Agenturen bietet Zoho Social for Agencies eine Reihe von Vorteilen. Sie können beispielsweise separate Content Pipelines für jeden Kunden verwalten. Hilfestellung gibt dabei ein Publishing-Kalender, der sich besonders intuitiv bedienen lässt. So lassen sich mittels Drag-and-Drop die Veröffentlichungstermine von Posts auf einfache Weise neu planen und über einen bestimmten Zeitraum verteilen. Die Funktion SmartIQ Predictive Scheduling ermittelt den optimalen Veröffentlichungszeitpunkt eines Beitrags. Dazu wertet sie die Engagement Rate von bereits veröffentlichten Posts aus.

Außerdem können Agenturen mit Zoho Social for Agencies ein Monitoring der Social-Media-Aktivitäten durchführen. Erfasst werden beispielsweise "Likes" bei Hashtags und die Erwähnung von Kunden in Beiträgen auf Social-Media-Plattformen. Weiterhin stehen umfassende Reporting-Funktionen zur Verfügung, inklusive vorgefertigter Statistiken. Sie erfassen und bewerten die Kennzahlen unterschiedlicher sozialer Netzwerke.

"Agency Plus" steht für 1.500 Dollar jährlich für 25 Brands zur Verfügung. Beide Versionen enthalten alle Funktionen der Professional Edition von Zoho Social und lassen sich an das Corporate Design von Agenturen anpassen. Dies schließt den Namen einer Agentur, deren Logo, Favicons und Domains mit ein, zudem Reports und personalisierte Einladungs-E-Mails an Kunden.

Die Lösung von Zoho steht in sechs Sprachen zur Verfügung: Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch und Italienisch.
