RightCapital Ends Second Year with Top User Rating Among Financial Advisors

The financial planning tool reports $20billion assets linked to platform and 1,300 users

NEW HAVEN, Conn., Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RightCapital, a next generation financial planning tool that provides advisors with the ability to create custom, comprehensive financial plans, ends its second year reporting $20billion total assets linked to platform. Launched in 2015, RightCapital hosts 1,300 advisors from more than 1,000 firms.

In a 2017 Advisor Software Survey conducted by T3 Tech Hub and Inside Information, RightCapital achieved the highest user rating among financial advisors for financial planning software, along with receiving the 2017 Advisor Satisfaction Award from TD Ameritrade.

"After recently passing our two-year anniversary since launching RightCapital, we're incredibly proud of the positive response that has reverberated among the advisor community," said Shuang Chen, co-founder and CEO of RightCapital. "We are the first solution that integrates financial planning and tax planning in a very visually-compelling way – and this has really resonated with the advisors in a short period of time. With only a fraction of the initial investments that most companies in our space have built upon, we have been able to deliver a top-rated product and continue to develop that technology to meet the evolving needs of our advisors. We are optimistic for the road ahead and look forward to our continued growth."

The interactive and easy-to-use interface, fast product iteration and exceptional customer service have driven much of RightCapital's adoption among financial advisors nationwide. Since its inception, the company launched a total of 89 new product enhancements and added 17 fintech integration partners.

After announcing its enterprise planning solution in January 2017, RightCapital inked a series of enterprise deals with registered investment advisor (RIA) firms and independent broker-dealers (IBDs) around the country. Among these deals includes Resources Investment Advisors, Inc., which was named Wealth Management Magazine's #1 Fastest Growing RIA, and XY Planning Network (XYPN), the leading turnkey financial planning platform for fee-only financial advisors who want to serve their Gen X and Gen Y peers. Since its deal with XYPN, RightCapital has become the network's leading financial planning solution, with more than 50% member adoption rate.

"RightCapital is a stand-out fintech solution because they've built their platform by listening to advisors and integrating that feedback into their software," said Alan Moore, co-founder of XY Planning Network. "That stellar level of customer support immediately attracted us to them as a service provider, and we couldn't be happier to provide their platform to our XY Planning Network members."
