SweetIQ by ReachLocal Wins Best in Biz Award, BIG Award for Business and 2017 One Planet Award for Product of the Year

SweetIQ, a business unit of ReachLocal and a leader in location-based marketing analytics and automation solutions, took home three prestigious awards for its innovative Store Locator Software. The company received top honors from the Business Intelligence Group (BIG), which named SweetIQ’s Store Locator Software the 2017 Product of the Year. The Best in Biz Awards awarded SweetIQ a Bronze Award for Enterprise Product of the Year in the Marketing Software category, and the One Planet Awards named SweetIQ’s Store Locator Software a Gold Level winner for Most Innovative Product of the Year.

“We’re honored to be recognized by well respected and competitive awards programs. As technologists working to evolve local marketing for brands in a rapidly changing landscape, it’s exciting to have our Store Locator Software named Product of the Year by three independent third-parties,” said Mohannad (Mo) El-Barachi, General Manager at SweetIQ and Senior Vice President at ReachLocal. “Our team’s mission is to help brands create deeper consumer connections that drive in-store traffic, and our Store Locator Software is just one way we’re making that happen.”

With its award-winning Store Locator Software, SweetIQ is enabling brands to leverage advanced marketing analytics to drive in-store traffic. SweetIQ’s solution is used by major retail brands like ULTA Beauty, SuperCuts and AAA to attract consumers to their stores with advanced search and listing technology. The software allows brands to launch customizable, mobile-optimized, and search-engine friendly Store Locator pages that fully synchronize with their listings and centralize their local data.

“Our winners this year show how creativity, sheer persistence and innovation drives business results,” said Maria Jimenez, chief nomination officer of the Business Intelligence Group. “We are so proud of all of the winners and finalists. This is truly a special group.”

Business Intelligence Group’s BIG Award for Business awards program was launched to reward companies, products and people that are leading their respective industries. As for the Best in Biz Awards, entrants spanned the spectrum, from some of the most innovative local start-ups to the most recognizable global brands. The seventh annual program in particular was hotly contested, with more than 650 entries from an impressive array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and geographic regions in the U.S. and Canada.

“Amazing variety in the finalists in Best in Biz Awards this year,” said Christopher Null, Wired, returning to judge the awards for the sixth year. “It was incredibly difficult to pick a winner.”
