Parte da equipe de comando de comunicação da ZEEL, Rajesh liderou o lançamento de seu segundo canal de entretenimento ‘& TV’ em 2015. Sob sua liderança, a ‘& TV’ teve sucesso na criação de um nicho para si no mercado nos primeiros três anos do lançamento. Antes disso, Rajesh também fez parte do lançamento do Colors, um canal de entretenimento da Viacom 18, em 2008.
