Compass Diversified Holdings Announces Fourth Quarter 2017 Earnings and Conference Call Information

Management to Hold a Conference Call on March 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. ET

WESTPORT, Conn., Feb. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that it plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2017, on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, after the close of market trading. The Company has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The conference call will feature remarks by Alan Offenberg, Chief Executive Officer, Ryan J. Faulkingham, Chief Financial Officer, and Elias J. Sabo, CODI's CEO-elect and a founding partner of Compass Group Management LLC. To participate in the call, please dial (855) 212-2368 (domestic) or (315) 625-6886 (international).
